Return Policy

At Shashi Kala, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If a piece doesn’t resonate with you quite as expected, our return process is designed to be as seamless and graceful as our designs.


1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

2. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all Shashi Kala tags still attached.
  • Accessories: Must be returned in the original branded packaging without any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
  • Fragrances: Due to the delicate nature of our scents and for hygiene safety, fragrances can only be returned if the original plastic seal/packaging is unopened.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Fragrances.
  • Earrings and intimate wear.
  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” event.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request: Email us at webtech.hostings@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Shipment: Please ensure the item is securely packed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Quality Check & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective.
