At Shashi Kala, we strive for perfection in every moonlight-inspired piece we create. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our policy is designed to be transparent and easy to navigate.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the Return process once the package arrives.
- How to Cancel: Please email us at webtech.hostings@gmail.com with your Order ID.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following criteria:
- Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Accessories: Must be in the original packaging with no signs of wear or scratches.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene standards, Fragrances (if opened/unsealed) and Earrings are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
3. The Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality check.
- Approval: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your “Shashi Kala” parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Please take a photo of the item and the packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
