  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.
  • Shashi Kala is a brand dedicated to women’s fashion, accessories, and fragrances. All products are subject to availability.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • Fragrances: Please note that fragrance notes may react differently depending on skin chemistry; we do not offer returns on opened fragrance bottles.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide. Shashi Kala is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Returns & Hygiene Policy

To maintain the highest standards for our customers, we have a strict policy regarding certain items:

  • Clothing: Must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Accessories: Must be in their original packaging without signs of wear.
  • Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings, intimate wear, and opened fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

5. Intellectual Property

The name Shashi Kala, the logo, and all brand-related content (images, text, and design) are the intellectual property of Shashi Kala. Reproduction or unauthorized use of our “Moonlight” branding is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shashi Kala shall not be liable for any skin reactions or allergies resulting from our fragrances or fabrics. We recommend a patch test for fragrances and checking fabric compositions listed on product pages before purchase.
